Data Centre Offline

Update 9:53am It looks like all sites have now been restored and are live once more.

Last night at approximately 5pm UK time all our sites went offline. This was due to a problem with the data centre where our servers are located. Our hosting company identified a problem and isolated the data centre. As a result thousands of websites, not just Creative Blogs users went offline. Within a few hours some of the service was restored and overnight some more of our sites came back online. However, there remains a number of sites that are currently inaccessible and we are communicating regularly with Hostgator, our server company, to find out when full service will be resumed. When that happens we will post on here and on our Twitter feed.

We can only apologise to our customers for the inconvenience and reassure you that we will communicate updates to everyone as soon as we have information. To be fair to our server hosting company, this is the first time in 8 years that an incident of this nature has taken down our entire service at once.
